Best Choice Ever
We were looking for sunroom in NJ, we found couple companies to get estimate. Alex was our salesman who is really knowledgable, patient, showed us all the materials, gave us all the details about the sunroom. Really appreciate for all the help. The whole process is really clear, Ryann explained us each step what the contractors were going to do. They did really professional jobs, they did quick and wonderful work. they kept everywhere so clean, we don’t need to worry nothing. Thanks for the wonderful job. I would recommend NJSA to whoever wants to get the sunroom. They are always the best choice you would ever make.
Love my Sunroom and Professionalism
As they say, sometimes you are very lucky to get the right people at the right time for the right job. The question came for us if we want to expand basement or to add Sunroom. I think we took a right decision of doing Sunroom first since we use it now daily..Especially these days of WFH, we really thank NJ Sunroom for doing such professional work which is perfect addition to my house. Beautiful Sunroom / Great Company!
After multiple quotes there was absolutely no doubt in our mind NJ Sunroom Additions was our favorite for so many reasons. Their entire staff's professionalism and dedication to excellence was second to none. We had our room delivered the week before our State shutdown for the pandemic. Each week I would wonder if our project would be postponed but I was always assured by Ryann and Andy we'd press on and have this done ASAP. I really am impressed at the level of dedication the crew had during this whole project. Terrific company - Can't say enough! We are in love with our room. We're in the room morning till night! Good Quality & Versatility
NJ Sunroom Additions produce a wide range of products. We picked the 3 season V Series, which provided the versatility we wanted. The sliding panels of memory vinyl are lightweight and easy to lift to any position you want, up or down. The room transforms from a water-tight, 3 season room to a fully screened porch in only minutes and really helps to expand the use of the space. Individual panels are also easy to remove if want to store them away or send out for repair (FYI...screens are permanently affixed and would need repair in place if ever needed). The technicians worked diligently to retrofit our porch as needed and button-up all the details in only 1.5 days of work. Great to see things happen so fast and with no hassles. Happy to show off the product to prospective clients. Thanks to the crew and the company for a great product and great customer service!

The Best Sunroom ever!
Our sunroom was finished about 5 months ago. We are extremely happy with the result. It looks lovely, well built, well finished. The insulation was great, it feels even warmer (without turning on the heat pump) than the adjacent part of the house! Everyone who comes to the house compliments us on our new room. The process was easy with Ryann establishing good communication throughout. Every person I had to talk to was friendly, patient, and willing to understand my needs and worries. Special thanks to Andy and his son who undertook most of the building work and were always nice and easy to have around. They helped me install a door which turned out to be more difficult than expected, and did so with great results and zero complaints. Again I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the company honoured our deal and did not try to charge me more for installing that door. I guess they could have told me they would not do it, but instead they were always helpful and delivered an excellent job. I would definitely recommend NJ Sunroom Additions to everyone!
Nerving in the beginning great at the end
I was disappointed when my did not start as promised by the salesman. But after talking to Ryann it was a great experience. My room is a piece of art. Even the difficult inspector in my town said so. Work well done it was worth the wait.
Sunroom
The guys at nj sunrooms did a great job. They were knowledgeable and worked fast. From the planning thru the construction everything went smoothly, the only hold up was the inspections that the town required. The finished product is well insulated ,and now is the main room for the family in the house.
Such a Relief!
My wife and I wish we had contacted NJSA from the beginning. Instead I paid a disreputable and dishonest sun room company over $100,000 to essentially destroy our home. That company is called "Simply the Best" and was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. It took them over a year and they never completed the job. Many times they just didn't show up at all. Leaks everywhere! Buckets of water everywhere - cascading down every wall! The entire room was ruined and unusable for years. Such an embarrassment! The company owner Alastair Cornel did nothing but lie to us and refused to fix their obvious mistakes. We could actually see sunlight through the openings in the roof. They are "Simply Crooked!" Eventually we contacted NJSA and what a difference! They developed a plan to remove all of "Simply the Best's erroneous and shoddy work. Their architect redesigned the roof area and removed the entire roof, and all the damaged wood work. Their new design was sensible and a beautiful redesign of the entire area. Their workers were polite and professional. Most importantly - they were skilled craftsmen. Everything was beautifully done! We love our new room and wish we would have used NJSA from the start.
