NJSA created such a beautiful and quality sunroom for our family. It’s so much more than a sunroom. It’s become the new gathering place for our family and has been such a wonderful life style change. To be sitting in a sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and surrounded by beautifully framed windows is wonderful. Our sunroom overlooks our gardens giving us a real sense of being close to nature. From the onset, we were impressed with NJSA. When we met with their sales representative Jim, we did not feel the “hard sell”; instead he demonstrated the quality of the materials by taking the time to meet with us several times, showing us a customer’s sunroom, understanding our needs, sharing ideas, and being very responsive in all follow-ups. Once we committed to the project, our project lifeline behind the scenes was Ryann. Her updates in keeping us informed of project timelines and addressing our questions was exceptional. She made us feel as if we were her only customers and promptly and thoroughly updated us throughout the project. And the crew that worked on the sunroom room worked together like a well oiled machine. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and set the stage for the next crew to come in and seamlessly pick up. The entire crew, without exception, did quality work and was a pleasure to have around.
