House Gut Job
My experience with NJSA has been a wonderful one. Construction could be very stressful. However, they made it an easy and enjoyable experience. They answered every question and were extremely patient with me. They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to construction do's and don'ts. Andy and Ricardo were absolutely great! Very accommodating with all my requests and and questions. I truly felt like they were family. It was bitter sweet at the end. My house looks amazing and I'm glad to be done, but sad that I won't be seeing them on a day to day basis! They make renovation projects EASY! Thank you NJSA for a great experience! I'd do it all over in a heart beat!

On to a great start
There is a saying "well begun is half done"... in a project like installing a sun room, the initial discussion/planning are very important. we are still in our initial stages and not even the survey is done. However thought we will share our feedback. Jim from NJ sunroom additions did a fantastic job in helping us speak through multiple options, help us visualize the end product and highlight the pros/cons with various options. The transparency in cost/pricing is very remarkable. Jim literally did the pricing in front of us. He listened what we are looking for, and what design could be done to satisfy our needs. We will definitely come back once the sun room is installed and ready to enjoy and we are very sure we will have a great experience.
On time, on budget, looks great!
We used NJ Sunrooms for an interior renovation last year that included two bathrooms and moving some walls. The biggest plus for me was that they have a project manager, Andy, who manages their active jobs and is a single point of contact for anything and everything related to the project. He was responsive and worked to make sure everything went smoothly. It's been a year since the work was completed and while everything came out great, there were a few minor items that needed addressing recently and Andy was quick to get someone over to take care of them so, they did great work and stand behind it too. I'd happily use them again.
