What a treat when a company is on the ball
the sliding glass door to our sun room needed to be repaired. It was manufactured by a national company (who shall remained nameless). After numerous calls & emails, nothing. I think the office staff were entertained with my repeated attempts to schedule a repair appointment. A query of sun room repairs led me to NJSunroom. What luck! Made an appointment & they were on time, fixed the sliding door, neat, polite & courteous. Cannot ask for more!

Sunroom and deck enclosure
We had a sunroom as well as a new deck installed by NJSA, and we have nothing but good things to say about them. Starting from the first meeting we had with Ray who went over the project and cost (never feeling pressured), to coordination and scheduling with Ryann, and the crew who installed. I would highly recommend NJSA, they were a pleasure to work with and gave us a beautiful sunroom to enjoy with friend and family.
Best Sunroom company in NJ
I had a great experience with NJSA from beginning to end while building my sunroom. Alex was my consultant—he explained every aspect of the project clearly, including cost, duration, design, product delivery, payment options, and due dates. Ryan was the project coordinator, and she did an outstanding job supervising everything. She was very responsive to any questions I had, even after the project was completed. Ryan kept me consistently updated on the schedule, including when the crew would arrive or if there were any changes. This helped us stay prepared in advance. They truly respect customer concerns and act quickly to resolve them. The team kept the site clean and removed all debris at each stage of the project. I would give 5 stars for cleanliness, on-time delivery, responsiveness, and overall product satisfaction. 5 year follow-up review
Our sunroom just turned 5 years old and let me tell you that not a day goes by where we don't comment how much we enjoy it and couldn't imagine our home without it!! It adds so much value and beauty to our home!! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner! So, if anyone is reading this review and debating whether to do it or not....DO IT!!!! NJSA offers the BEST product!!! None of the other companies even come close!! Even in photos their quality is apparent compared to other companies. And everyone who sees our room in person comments on the quality!!! They really are the best in every way! They make the whole experience a great one. Starting from design, sales, office crew and building crew, they are top notch and make the whole experience enjoyable! So, like I said for anyone still deciding whether they should do it or not...DO IT! I promise you won't be sorry!! WE LOVE OUR SUNROOM AND NJSA DOES IT BEST!
Screen Porch Enclosure
I worked with Jessica to order a 4 Track porch enclosure system for my old screen porch. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I wanted something that would have the look and feel of a screen porch but would also protect from the wind and rain. Jessica worked with me from beginning to end to explain how the product worked, ensure that the measurements were accurate and kept me up to date on delivery status. This attention to detail helped ensure a smooth project. My 4Track windows were installed around the end of August and I absolutely love them! They are perfect for my porch. All of my neighbors have commented on how great they look and I am really enjoying my new space! I am also looking forward to being able to extend the porch season and use my porch from early spring until late fall. I am very happy I had this system installed.

NJ Sunroom Done an Amazing Job to us
New Jersey sunroom additions have built my sunroom. it's nothing that we could have ever expected from the very beginning when we met Alex, their sales consultant and how we designed this through the production phase. What Alex promissed us on day one regarding its design, money and timeline, we saw exactly the same when they finish it, unbelievable. All their installers were great, they were professional, they were courteous and polite, everything was done in the time we fashioned. Mine is an all season sunroom and built in last fall. since its completion, Me and my wife were using to spend all our time there only. wow, it is amazing, beautiful, really a great sunroom and highly energy efficient too.
