Excellent service
My overall experience with Nj Sunroom Additions has been outstanding, they were excellent in every way no matter what question we had they always had a response quickly. All of their workers were neat and respectful but most importantly skillful at what they do. I could not be happier with my sunroom they have built something better than I could have imagined and it has quickly become my favorite room of the house!

SunRoom Roof replacement
I had hail damage on the sunroom roof. Peter Burley the owner showed up on time to discuss the replacement. Very knowledgeable, new exactly what needed to be done. Had extensive knowledge on the product and manufacture of the product. He gave a reasonable time estimate and stuck to it even though there is a slow down in manufacturing due to covid. Peter was ethical and I was a little worried giving an advance out, but after talking to Peter I felt confident that he would deliver , which he did. I would like to thank him for his excellent work ethics and promptness.
Easiest Construction Experience with an Amazing Result!
We are super impressed with the quality, speed as well as the overall experience of working with NJSA. Even during these crazy COVID times when factories are working at half capacity at best and municipal buildings (for permits) are closed or on a reduced schedule. NJSA was still able to push through all the difficulties and build us a beautiful huge sunroom in a matter of a few months! They are very easy to work with in many respects. Jim, is a great listener and has been ablet to attend to all of our desires – regardless how unique some of them were – like a custom glass door with a doggy door, or raising the ceilings an extra foot, or replacing the knees wall with vinyl. He was also very flexible to work with us as we kept changing and upgrading our project once it was already on the way. We even had to submit a modified plans packet for a permit – but even that didn’t slow down the process as other work was done in the time we waited for the update approval. Ryann, the main contact person, is amazing - she is very professional, friendly and very easy to reach. I can send her a text message and expect a response in literally minutes! She always will let you know the schedule, when and who will come and on what days. And if a crew is scheduled to come work that day they are very punctual arriving right around 8am, taking one quick lunch break, and working hard throughout the day. Starting from design stage the project was handled very professionally. Structure is very robust and well designed. Even the building inspector was impressed. I am very pleased with this project.
