NJSA did a wonderful job on our sunroom. From the planning stages to the completion of the project , we were well informed. The sunroom was completed in the time frame we were given. The company was very responsive to any questions that we had, and were quick to address any issues. I have had issues with other contractors in the past, but with NJSA , I didn’t need to stress about anything. The sunroom is beautiful and we use it everyday. I would not hesitate to recommend NJSA.

The service provided by Paul was of top quality!! The phone call was made to Peter on a Sunday. Monday Paul called . He came over the following day and aligned the Frenh doors to our sun room to perfection! This is the company to have a sunroom from. The followup care for any sunroom needs are given immediately , professionally and perfectly. My husband and I are totally satisfied!

Sucess
I chose DIY as they were local in NJ for replacing two walls of my screen porch while maintaining the roof. Jessica assisted me in my purchase. She has the patience of a saint and responds to text, phone and email immediately. What a plus!!. Measurements of your existing structure are critical. Through numerous iterations we planned the purchase of 5 windows and a door. Items were shipped to my home with no damage. Installation was a little tricky but everything fit. You do need to be a bit handy to do this. I would recommend at least two persons to install smaller windows and definitely three for larger ones and a door. The third person is Extremely important for lighter work to provide push, pull, fetch, and hand. Keep the windows up to help square the frames when installing. All windows work well. Photos are of 95% complete. Corner post remained from original construction.
Converted Porch
NJSA converted our dated screened in porch into a beautiful three season sunroom. It was a complete transformation and wonderful addition to our living space. We now use our new porch as much as our existing family room. Even though the construction was during COVID, the process was very smooth and the team very professional. All of the materials are of the highest quality. We love our new sunroom and highly recommend NJSA.
Great Job
I am several months late writing a review, but I wanted to say how happy I am with how the 4 season room turned out. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone making this project happen. It has given the back of my house a more up to date and modern look. I’m even enjoying all the natural light that comes in. Makes for a small living space feel much bigger. I’m glad I was able to find this company and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!
Worth the wait- love it!
We had a very easy experience working with NJSA and absolutely love the amazing sunroom addition we got done! They were very professional and highly skilled. The process was fairly straightforward. Our project Manager Ryann did an amazing job keeping us updated throughout the time.. The only thing that could have been better was the long wait.. they did mention about some delays, though for us it was way too long- almost a year..however, this was at the glass manufacturer- so nothing these guys could’ve done to expedite. I do still think it is good to set the expectations clear upfront when signing the contract to avoid disappointments in between ..but it was worth the wait..
